TIG / MIG / MAG Welding
Arc welding using processes 111 (MMA), 131 (MIG), 135 (MAG) and 141 (TIG) on structural steels, stainless steel and aluminium. All welds are performed by welders qualified to EN ISO 9606 within a quality system certified to EN ISO 3834-2.

CNC Plasma Cutting
Precise thermal cutting of steel plate and profiles using CNC plasma. Cutting to customer drawings – one-off prototypes or series production – with tight dimensional tolerance and optimised material nesting.

Flame Cutting – Heavy Material
For heavy industrial components where material thickness exceeds the practical range of plasma, we use oxy-acetylene flame cutting. A cost-effective solution for thick-section structural steel.

Steel Structures & Assembly
Design, fabrication and on-site assembly of steel structures to customer drawings. We build industrial hall frames, equipment platforms, pipework, staircases and bespoke welded assemblies.

NDT Inspection
Non-destructive testing of welds using four certified Level 2 methods to EN ISO 9712: Visual Testing (VT2), Penetrant Testing (PT2), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT2) and Ultrasonic Testing (UT2). Reports acceptable to notified bodies.

Repairs & Reconstruction
